Outdoor activities is extremely important, no matter the weather. (Dress for the season) its iimportant to get regular fresh air, running, climbing, building large motor muscles.

Kids say and do the funniest things. The growth is my favorite thing. But, having a great sense of humor is the most important. A child's inquisitive attitude is awesome. Dancing to music and having music playing in the background, brings happy feel good moments all day.
