The most important part about being a nanny...

I had a child in my 3-4 yo class that had a difficult time separating from mom in the mornings. He was so upset and would cry and try to chase her out the door. When he was having a hard morning, I would hold him until he was calm and ready to meet the other kids for breakfast. My attention to this little guy made a noticeable impact on his progress and that was a wonderful feeling for me.
