A little bit about me

Hi, my name is Arianna. Since I was a little girl growing up in a big family I always was the older cousin who took care of my younger cousins that ranged from them being months old to 10+ years . Ive always wanted to take care and babysit children, my family always saw the fun and care I had with doing this, since I always enjoyed being with kids it struck me early on, to want to work with them. As I am graduating this year im going to major in education to be a pre-k teacher. Me getting more and more experience would not only help me get a look into my future and help my colleges see the potential and love I have for this but it benifits me into enjoying being with the kids. I hope you see how happy spirited I am and how I would love to work as a nanny to not only help the parents but help me gain and experience kids on a deeper level. When I was in middle school I volunteered to take time off my recess and go help the pre-k/ kindergarten teachers with the kids. So eating, sleep time, schoolwork, arts and crafts

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Indoor- Arts and crafts, games/ board games/ puzzles, baking and decorating, legs, build forts.
Outdoor- any physical activities like bouncing or catching, throwing, tag, man hut, running around, ring around the rosesy.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part to me of being a nanny is to make sure you are always aware, many kids are clumsy or get into accidents and being aware and always watching them prevents that. To make sure your in a good mood when you are always with kids because many nanny I've seen take out their anger or frustration on kids and its not right. The most important is to always make sure the kids are happy and try to get them in the best mood as possible.

My experience with special needs children...

When working with the little kids in my middle school their were some children with special need that I helped out, one of my cousins is in special needs and I have a great time hanging out and laughing with her

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have many favorites but being able to laugh till my stomach hurts or baking with kids and watching their faces light up as we bake or decorate. Seeing my baby cousin laugh when I play peek-a-boo, since she's getting so big. I think a big one for me is seeing how happy kids get when they see me or run and hug me, it makes me feel like im doing my job right as a cousin or nanny to make sure the kids are happy.
