More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have helped raise my younger brothers, which are twins, from since they were born and they are 10 now. I worked with a lovely family in 2020 for 2 years before they moved away. I have also helped relatives when they wanted a break or even just some quality time as a couple.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Things i enjoy doing with children would have to be picnics for starters, pack a basket with their favorite snacks and find a nearby kid friendly park or scenic spot. Another is outdoor games like tag, hide-and-seek, soccer, or frisbee are good safe options. From my experience kids love gardening plants flowers, vegetables, or herbs, and letting them help with watering and maintenance. Scavenger hunts are also a great exiting task, creating lists of items for kids to find in nature, like leaves, rocks, or specific flowers, or even their favorite toys. It also could be great to throw in items around the house to help them get familiar with what certain things are. Outdoor arts, we could use sidewalk chalk, paint, or bubbles to create art on the driveway or sidewalk if that is prohibited by the family, or arts and crafts on poster boards.
