The most important part about being a nanny is making the children and parents comfortable. Being yourself. Kids pay attention and won't get along with you if they don't feel that connection. So I love to get to know the parents and work from there

My manager had 2 special needs children and they were good children. Had ups and downs but I work with them and am very attentive I try to get them to open up without pushing to hard and making them uncomfortable.
