A little bit about me

My name is Artiya, I am 22 and I have been working with kids for 2 years now. I absolutely love it! The first 1-5 years are the most important and formative years for children. As a nanny I seek to create a safe learning environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. I hope to build a genuine connection with the child and family I work for. I mainly have experience with infant all the way up to three or four. But I have worked with pre k and school age as well, while I live working with kids of different ages I especially enjoy working with infants - 3 years old. I also work and have worked in the nursery, and ages 3-5 at my church. I teach them about God through crafts, stories, a special curriculum that the church provides. Encouraging children as they learn and grow spiritually is also something special that I enjoy and have experience in. I currently work at a Christian daycare but am looking for a more one on one childcare role. I am also currently in college.
