More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a baby sitter for small church groups for several years, the primary baby sitter for my two younger siblings for 6 years, regular baby sitter for a family with three kids ages ranging from 4-9, and I currently nanny for a family with a very energetic 2 year old and have been with them since January 2020.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I really enjoy listening to music and singing songs, doing crafts, playing with play dough, coloring, swimming, Hunting for cool rocks, and looking at plants.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think that it’s important to give the kids a voice and to not dictate them and what they want. I feel like a lot of people forget that kids are gonna grow into a real person one day and that these early years are where they learn key tools to make their lives easier later on, so I try to focus on helping them communicate what they need/want as well as teaching them how to respect the boundaries of others and doing the same for them.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The family I’m with right now have several Amazon Alexa’s in their house and little girl has fairly recently learned how to talk to the Alexa and has spooked all of us by playing music in her room when she’s supposed to be napping.
