In my experience working in ABA therapy, I had the privilege of working with children ages 2-7 with autism. My role focused on behavior management, where I utilized individualized strategies to support each child’s unique needs and help them develop new skills. I worked closely with the children to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenges through structured, one-on-one sessions. Building strong, trusting connections with each child was a key part of my approach.
