Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve done a lot of charity work for children. I participated in a diaper drive as a nanny, watching kids while other adults sorted through, and dealt with donations. I worked as a nanny for a family in Massachusetts with 3 kids (2, 6, and 13.) for 2 years, and also worked for my aunt in New Hampshire in watching their children for about a year and a half regularly. I’ve found that working with children is both fun and important work, and I’m hoping to gain more formal experience while I go to school to become an elementary school teacher.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love arts and crafts, like watercolor painting and coloring books. I’m also a big-reader, so I’d be more than happy to read some bedtime stories. As for outdoors, I love to swim, and I love nature, so I’m always down for an outdoors adventure!

My favorite nanny moment was halloween with the last family I worked with. I got to take the kids Halloween Costume shopping at Spirit Halloween. The two girls of the family (6 and 13) were such opposites. The youngest wanted to be Tinkerbell, and the oldest wanted to be Eleven from Stranger things. The youngest (2) was dressed as an Angry Bird, and the three of them looked so random next to each other.
