I have over 15 years of experience working with children as both a professional nanny and preschool teacher. I have served as a Head Teacher and Early Childhood Educator, caring for infants through school age children. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have experience creating engaging, age appropriate activities that support children's learning, development, and emotional well being.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy creating fun, engaging, and age appropriate activities that help children learn through play. Some of my favorite activities include arts and crafts, sensory play, reading books, building with blocks and LEGOs, imaginative play, baking simple treats, music and dance, outdoor walks, trips to the park, scavenger hunts, gardening, science experiments, puzzles, and age appropriate educational games. I enjoy encouraging curiosity, creativity, kindness, and confidence while making sure children feel safe, supported, and have fun.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children feel seen, valued, and encouraged to be themselves. I believe every child deserves patience, kindness, and consistency. Watching them learn, grow, gain confidence, and reach new milestones while building a trusting relationship with both the child and their family is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience caring for children with ADHD, speech delays, developmental delays, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I provide patient, individualized care by creating structured routines, using positive reinforcement, supporting communication and social emotional development, and adapting activities to meet each child's unique needs. My goal is to help every child feel safe, confident, understood, and successful.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments is when a child runs to greet me with a big hug and can't wait to tell me about their day. Those little moments of trust, laughter, and connection remind me why I love being a nanny. Building meaningful relationships with children and watching them learn and grow is the most rewarding part of my job.
