Hello! I’m Ashley Damian, a bilingual (English/Spanish) caregiver with a strong background in both childcare and customer service. As the oldest of four siblings, I’ve spent over a decade caring for children from infancy through adolescence, which has given me valuable experience and a natural love for nurturing and supporting kids.
