I'm a college student at the University of Utah, and I'm looking for part time work now and through the summer. I have considerable childcare experience, being the oldest of five children, as well as doing lots of voluntary childcare. I have worked as an early learning teacher for three to six year olds, teaching math and english. I also work as a swim instructor for children at the Sportsmall in Murray. I have considerable experience working with special needs children, as I was involved in peer tutoring through high school, and helped raise my autistic brother. I have been an early learning teacher for 3-6 year olds, I have taught swim lessons, I worked with the BSA as a merit badge instructor, along with numerous babysitting and part-time nannying experiences. I am the oldest of five children, and was instrumental in their raising.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy any teaching setting, as well as outdoor adventures. I love supervising fun projects and playing games.

My experience with special needs children...

I volunteered with the peer tutoring program throughout high school, which worked with one on one tutoring for special needs kids, as well as served as an educational opportunity about disabilities and assisting those who have them. In addition, I have a younger brother that I am very close with, who is autistic.
