More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have 20+ years' experience working with kiddos as a babysitter, nanny, big sister, foster parent, teacher, etc. I absolutely love working with kiddos and animals. It’s always been a passion of mine. I have four adopted siblings: ages 12yrs old, 13yrs old, 14yrs old, and 15yrs old. All four of which have their share of medical needs or behavioral needs. They’ve been with our family since they were all infants! Three of the four kiddos currently live with me. I have a vast amount of experience with all types of kiddos.
I also grew up surrounded by cats and dogs, my entire life! Fur babies are another passion of mine!
My hourly rate is $[phone number hidden], which is negotiable, and I am open to discussing flexible arrangements that meet the unique needs of your family.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Building a rapport with the family. Consistency is key. And building trust with your "nanny family"!
My experience with special needs children...
I've had experience with kiddos with a variety of special needs. From PICA, ADHD, Down Syndrome, White Sutton Syndrome, Global Developmental Delay, etc. I've also worked with a lot of medical needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I absolutely adore working with kiddos and bonding with families, and creating a relationship that's like having an extended family. I also love working with babies, and rocking them. When a baby and their family trusts you, and they fall asleep in your arms, it warms my heart!

Hi there! My name is Mia, and I'm a student at the University of Arizona. I'm looking for a job that fits with my school schedule and lets me do what I love most, working with children! I offer child care, pet sitting, and house sitting services. I currently babysit for a few families and often care for my younger siblings overnight, so I'm very comfortable with all ages. I enjoy fun, age appropriate activities to keep kids engaged and happy! I'm trained but willing to complete recertification for CPR and First Aid as well. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I'm based in downtown Tucson, but I am happy to travel to surrounding areas. My rate may vary but I am open to discussion.
