I currently work with a variety of special needs kiddos on Sundays. Ranging from 5yrs old to 47. I also owned my own childcare on the east coast till I moved here, and was raised in a home daycare. I have been babysitting since I was 12 and love kiddos. I also have 4 of my own.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Bridging the gap between a mom missing her baby's first and telling her to realize it was okay and she was not a bad mom. I was able to catch it on video for her as well.
