Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was in a class in 8th grade that was based on helping the kids in the life skills program, which involved doing activities with the kids, playing with them, just having conversations with them, and helping the teaching staff with errands. I am not currently cpr/first-aid certified, I am more than willing to get a certified document proving adequate training if needed.
My younger brother has autism as well as an auditory processing disorder, and i would help with his speech therapy (I was the only person who understood what he was trying to say), and i started watching him for my parents when i was about 13 years old.

I love doing arts and crafts (drawing/coloring, chalk on the sidewalk, making jewelry), i am an athlete and love teaching everybody about soccer. Watching parent approved movies as a way to wind down.

Helping families that need that extra help/support, as well as being a person the children feel comfortable to be themselves around and be a friend to them.
