Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
My time in the restaurant industry really taught me how to entertain a rowdy, or grumpy kid. It would also be beneficial to me and the parents if I could find a way to keep the child engaged in the dining process. Whether that be having stickers or coloring pages available for them, or keeping them engaged in even just the menu.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
For indoor activities I really enjoy being able to use my creative/artsy side to be able to teach children the joys of art! Whether it be coloring or painting, or working on crafts, I feel like creativity is an important skill to learn during childhood. On the other hand, outdoor activities would include, hiking, biking, swimming, time at the playground & birdwatching I think are all fun activities for kids.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Ensuring the child’s safety is my #1 priority. Next to that I’d say making sure I can make a difference in the family’s day, whether that be going the extra mile and doing something for the household (laundry, etc) that can make sure they have a few extra minutes of quality time with each other at the end of the day, makes it feel very fulfilling for me.
My experience with special needs children...
I do not have any experience with special needs children, but I did used to be a sitter for a family with a special needs adult, I would come over in the evenings and we would draw or paint together or watch her favorite show while her parents got to go grab a nice dinner for Date Night. :)

Hello! I am a twenty-six-year-old female with a passion for caring for others. I am great with helping with schoolwork, cleaning, cooking, etc. You have no need to worry that something might turn me away because I am used to pretty much everything—including, but not limited to, hoarders, adult diapers, and various health problems. I can currently only work Wednesday after seven p.m., and all day Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I can work overnights, and for most last-second calls. As for where I will babysit, I do prefer your own home. I am willing to drive children/adults to and from appointments, church, parks, schools, custody exchanges, grocery shopping, etc for an extra ten bucks for gas on top of the hourly. My base pay is sixteen dollars hourly plus an additional ten dollars hourly per extra kid/adult that I am actively taking care of. I promise you when you come home that your kids/elders will be happy and healthy, and your home will be clean and ready for you to relax.
