My experience with special needs children...
I have taught special needs children between the ages of 4-12. They are a JOY, not a burden. I understand that each child is unique and requires special attention and direction. However, I have a boundary of not assisting children who become violent with their caretakers or parents. I have been injured before (in the public education system) because I was not supported in this matter. Thank you for respecting this. I know they are some of the sweetest and smartest beings on our planet…they just communicate differently at times.

At 18 I began my career as a midwives assistant and postpartum doula. My postpartum doula services focus on nighttime infant care and supporting families in starting their new life with baby!
