Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a live in babysitter as well as a regular stop by babysitter for 6 years. I volunteered in middle and highschool and even after with special needs children, teens and adults. Becoming a CNA about a year and a half ago.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Coloring, drawing, painting, sculpting (I’m an artist), singing, dancing, playing with toys, doing outdoor activities, swimming, going to parks, homework, etc.

My experience with special needs children...
All ranges, from non verbal to children with down syndrome, physical and mental special needs. I usually get along with children well when meeting them and just need to adjust my behavior to help them feel included, safe and happy.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The first long term child I took care of would come and show me her art work and I’d tell her the things I really liked about it, she would take it after and squeal then run upstairs. She would do it almost everytime I’d come over.
