I am a Child Development and Family Studies major with several years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I have worked as a substitute teacher, led an after-school program, cared for children in church nurseries, and have been teaching dance to kids for the past two years. Growing up with seven siblings has also given me extensive hands-on experience caring for children of all ages. I enjoy creating a fun, engaging, and structured environment where children feel supported and encouraged to learn. I am also happy to help with homework, provide tutoring, and incorporate creative activities that promote confidence and development.

I love keeping kids engaged through creative, hands-on activities! Some of my favorite things to do include arts and crafts, dancing, music, imaginative play, and Montessori-inspired activities that encourage independence, curiosity, and learning through play. I enjoy creating a fun, nurturing environment where children can explore, express themselves, and build confidence.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most rewarding part of being a nanny is watching children reach important developmental milestones. Being able to celebrate those moments alongside their families and share in their growth is a privilege that makes this work so meaningful to me.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working with children of all abilities, including providing one-on-one care for a 12-year-old with autism for a family I nannied for in my high school summers. As a substitute teacher, I also had the opportunity to work in special education classrooms, supporting students with a variety of learning and developmental needs. These experiences have strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to create a supportive, structured environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to succeed.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I volunteered in my church nursery for several years, caring for infants and young children. It was incredibly rewarding to watch many of them grow, develop, and reach new milestones over the years.
