Taking the time out to know the kids that you are taking care of. I want to make sure that the kids aren’t comfortable around me. I also want the parents to know that their kid(s) are is safe hands. Some parents might look over me because I am only 17 I turn 18 in 2 months. I want to do this because I want my career to be involved with kids. Babysitting or being a nanny is a great experience for me .
