The most important part about being a nanny...
I think trust is HUGE when it comes to being a nanny. I hope to build trust with my families I care for so that they can feel comfortable when they have to leave and also that the children feel comfortable. This can take time, you have to see with your own eyes that I am reliable, responsible, caring, all of the things. I think when this moment is reached it is so rewarding and then it feels like you’re a member of the family rather than a paid employee.
