I am Ava! A little about me is, with over five years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My journey into caregiving began with fulfilling babysitting roles and overnight nannying, where I discovered my natural patience and ability to connect with children. I'm motivated by the desire to make a positive impact on their lives and support families by providing reliable care.
In Summer of 2025 I will be pursuing a birth keeper/ midwife, doula, and postpartum doula course. I have a huge passion for working along side mothers and babies.
My calm and patient demeanor allows me to effectively communicate with parents about their child's day and any concerns that may arise. I believe in following the parents' preferred communication method and household rules to ensure a consistent and comfortable environment for the children in my care.
My commitment to safety is reinforced by my First Aid and CPR training, and Advanced Child Care Training.

My favorite moment is going from bottle feeding a baby to watching him pitter patter his little feet for the first time, and now he’s talking and running!
