A little bit about me

Hi! I’m Ava, a college student home for the summer from the University of Alabama with over 5 years of babysitting experience. I’ve worked with children of all ages, including infants and toddlers, and feel very comfortable helping with daily routines.

I’m responsible, patient, and attentive, and I focus on creating a safe, calm, and engaging environment. I can help with feeding, naps, diaper changes, playtime, homework, and keeping a structured day that works well for both kids and parents. I also know some American Sign Language.

I am available for daytime babysitting or nanny work in May and June in the Rockville Centre, Garden City, and Oceanside area. I’m also open to light household tasks related to the children.

I do want to note that I am allergic to pets, so I’m unfortunately not able to work in homes with animals. I would love the opportunity to support a family and become a reliable, long-term sitter this summer.
