I strongly believe in having good communication so that they feel comfortable to come to me when they want or need something. I believe it is important to surround kids with a positive, nurturing, yet fun environment.

I'm fluent in American Sign Language and have found that it helps to relieve communication frustration for babies. While I was working in the children's ministry, I worked with children with various special needs.
