Hello my name is Avery! I am a 19 year old, queer, college student who is passionate about teaching, childcare, and science. I am currently employed as a preschool and afterschool teacher through Champions, a daycare program that works with the public school system to provide childcare for students. Through this I have gained experience in supporting and disciplining students using gentle methods, activity planning, tutoring, and teaching emotional regulation. My most important qualities include being compassionate, respectful, and kind to all individuals regardless of age.
