Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was always consistently babysitting my own siblings and family friends kids. I was also a teachers aid at a local private school and was always helping with the younger classes.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love coming up with new ways to keep the kids entertained! I love sports and running around outside as well as doing a calm activity indoors! I also try to incorporate positive reinforcement when it comes to doing chores. Whether it’s by making it into a game or having some sort of reward. I genuinely love working with kids of all age groups and try to tailor to their individual interest and hobby’s.

I’d say the most important part about babysitting is that the kids and the parents are comfortable.
My experience with special needs children...
I was raised with special needs siblings as well as exposed to the special needs community my whole life! I was a volunteer with Special Olympics for about 2 years. I completely understand the needs and extra care that goes into working with a special needs kid( or adult). I think inclusion and communication are very important. I always make sure that all rules, guidelines and instructions from the parent/ guardian are followed at all times!
