Hi, my name is Azucena Castro I’m 18 years old currently attending Merced College graduate from Livingston High School. I’m seeking for opportunities to work with children so that I can gain experience and because I would love to obtain my bachelors degree in child development and a minor in psychology so that hopefully in the future I can become a special needs teacher. I’ve always loved kids since I was younger, every time I would hold my moms friends babies they would automatically fall asleep or stop crying. Although I have no official job experience I’ve done a few babysitting jobs here and there for friends and family and I’m proud to say they’ve all been satisfied including the children. I have very good communication skills, lots of patience, adaptability, organized etc...I hope I get this job because working with kids is my passion.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Indoors I enjoy drawing, doing arts and crafts with kids, watching a movie, sometimes I like to bake with them too. Outdoors I like to play soccer, basketball, any sport basically. I also like to go on walks or go to a park. And my favorite is to pack a bag with our favorite food/drinks and have a nice relaxing picnic whether it be in the front, back yard or a park.
