Hey my name is Bailey, I am 19 and absolutely love working by with kids. Throughout high school i was lucky enough to have a preschool program and got to learn so much about helping young minds grow! I graduated in 2024 and have been working at a daycare since and have absolutely loved it! However, I wish i could do more with the kids but the ratio is 18 kids to 2 teachers and it’s difficult to keep 18 2 year olds on the same page! I would love to be able to work with less kids so i have the ability to give more attention to the kids im working with.
