I was a summer sports camp director. Which meant I was the main coach or like the main person in charge. I would come up with all of the games, activities and times we would do things. Like I would make the agenda for the day. If anything bad happened or if there was a situation that happened I would make sure the parents always knew what was going on. Whether it came from discipline or injury. Anytime there was like a conflict that was happening I would just have the camper sit out and let them understand what they did was not okay, and i would also let them know that their parents will be notified. I always would let the parents know even if the situation wasn't bad just so they know the situation. I also have been babysitting for 7 years now from all ages from infant to 14 years old.
