What matters the most is to make them feel safe and cared for
My experience with special needs children...
My experience with kids with special need varies
I had one who was autistic he was super hyper active and his speech was very limited so I learned a little sign language to be able to communicate, with him I spend a lot of our time outdoors, we did a lot of arts and crafts.
I had a little girl who had Russell silver syndrome she was a lot of fun with her a gain lots of experience working with physical therapy, speech therapy and occupation therapy we all worked together to help her.

If I have to pick one is my little girl who had Russell silver syndrome
Why? Well she was my toughest nanny experience because she was not my typical kid that is always on the go no she needed the most help and I was so happy that I was able to accomplish that for her.
She will always be my most fun and learning experience of all.
