Indoor activities that I like to do with kids could be arts and crafts, board games, or even making a fun snack. Some outdoor activities I do that kids love are blowing bubbles, picnics, and playing tag! I also love to sing and know many children's songs that we can sing together!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Having fun with the kids! The fundamentals of childcare, like rules and safety, are definitely important. But we as nannies have to find a way to make those rules fun, or at least tolerable for the littles we're watching! Creating good memories with the families you work for is huge.

I had an early job and I had brought my caffeine from starbucks, and the three year old I was caring for said "can I have some of your starbuckies?" and I just thought it was hilarious!
