The most important part about being a nanny...
As a nanny, the most important part of the job is creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children in your care. This means not only providing for their basic needs such as food, shelter, and hygiene, but also fostering their emotional, social, and intellectual development. A good nanny should be a positive role model for the children, instilling good values and morals, and encouraging them to explore and learn. Communication is also key, both with the children and their parents, in order to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the children's needs are being met. Ultimately, being a nanny is about building a strong and trusting relationship with the children and their families, and providing them with the love, support, and guidance that they need to grow and thrive.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I nannied for two little girls last year in San Luis Obispo. They were big on 'Frozen,' so one time the littlest girl (2 years old) was crying from a long day and as soon as I put on 'Let it Go' she was laughing and having a good time. When the song stopped she told me "I love you." This was just such a sweet and memorable moment for me. I realized that all I want to do is care for little kiddos and make them feel safe and happy. At that moment, I felt like I was doing something right.
