A little bit about me

My name is Bella- lovely to meet you. I live and work in the Santa Barbara area. I have over two years of experience working with children as a nanny and babysitter. It is a challenge, but it is incredibly rewarding. I am currently working on getting more ECE units under my belt. As a Montessori Center alumnus, I feel I’ve been instilled with a unique skill set, and a sense of empathy and patience. I have reliable transportation, and enjoy going for walks and park trips with the children. I am more than happy to help with light housekeeping and meal prep. I am comfortable with pets, including cats, dogs, reptiles, etc. I have worked with children from the ages of three to twelve. My base rate is $22 for mornings and $27 for nights, but happy to negotiate. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a volunteer spark at the MOXI museum, and I also volunteered at a GVJHS theater summer camp as a counselor in training. I currently work part-time shifts for the SB Arts Fund’s family-friendly museum and gallery where I interact with children and ensure they have a safe and fun time with the museum exhibitions.

I worked with a lovely eight-year-old boy and three-year-old girl, and as I was putting the eight-year-old to bed, he told his mom over the phone that I was the “best nanny ever”. It was my first day, I almost shed a tear! So sweet and rewarding.
