The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part of being a nanny or babysitter is having genuine passion and love for kids—whether they’re laughing, crying, or trying to play with your hair with sticky hands. I also think it’s just as important to be both a friend and a positive mentor to them. Kids naturally reflect what they’re surrounded by, so creating a warm, respectful, and fun environment matters a lot.
