My favorite nanny moment was when a five year old girl that I hadn't seen in a few months came running to me to give me a hug and a smile. Even though she didn't remember my name, she remembered how I cared for her. It showed me how important it is to have a personal connection with each of the children I watch, because they will remember what you do for them.
