My experience with special needs children...
I have a lot of hands-on experience caring for kids with different needs. A big part of this has been helping look after my newborn nephew while also caring for my older nephew, who is autistic and non-verbal. Managing both of them at the same time taught me how to stay patient, calm, and organized. I learned how to keep a peaceful, comfortable routine for my non-verbal nephew whilst still keeping up with a baby's schedule. This experience helped me grow a lot, and it showed me that I can handle busy situations with care and dedication.
The most important part about being a nanny...
As a Teenager with over 13 nieces and nephews, there is truly never a dull moment! Because of this, it is hard to pick just one favorite memory. Instead, my favorite part of caring for children is watching them grow, learn, and succeed, and knowing that I get to attribute and play a positive role in helping them reach those milestones.
