A little bit about me

I'm a teacher and nanny with 10 years of experience, and I hold a Master's in Early Childhood Special Ed. I'm also trained as a birth/postpartum doula.

I've taught in Reggio and Montessori schools and see children as capable, curious individuals. Much of my background is as a lead classroom teacher, and I've also worked as a nanny in share and individual family settings. From 2020 to 2022 I nannied full-time, then returned to teaching before transitioning back into full-time nannying in 2023.

My experience spans infants through school-aged children; I've provided infant care and have extensive experience with toddlers and older kids. I love weaving my teaching background into caregiving: supporting social-emotional growth, encouraging independence, and creating engaging play-based learning opportunities.
