A little bit about me

My name is Blayre! I’m a second-year college student with a valid driver’s license and my own reliable vehicle. I have over 5 years of childcare experience, including nannying for all ages, newborn twins, and helping raise my younger siblings, nieces, and foster children.
I specialize in caring for infants and toddlers, I truly love creating a safe, calm, and fun environment for kids. I previously worked as a pediatric dental assistant, where I cared for children of all ages—including those with special needs—helping them feel comfortable and supported.
I’ve completed nursing assistant training and am CPR certified, with knowledge of choking response and the Heimlich maneuver. I’m responsible, patient, and very hands-on—I’m always happy to help with cleaning whether it's just picking up the toys & doing the dishes, or deep cleaning the house and keeping things organized.
I have many references available and would love the opportunity to connect with your family!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I previously worked as a pediatric dental assistant in Wisconsin (home state), where I regularly cared for and supported children of all ages, including those with special needs, in a clinical setting. I helped kids remain calm and comfortable during procedures, used positive reinforcement, and communicated in a patient, age-appropriate way. This role required attentiveness, safety awareness, and the ability to handle anxious or upset children with empathy. My experience has made me confident, nurturing, and reliable when caring for children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Most children do best outside, so I love to take the little ones on walks, to the park, and even golfing! Anything to keep them busy while getting a dose of vitamin D.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is building a trusting and supportive relationship with both the children and their family. I believe in creating a safe, loving environment where children feel valued, encouraged, and comfortable being themselves and having the true childhood experience, having fun in every day life no matter how ordinary the day might be. It’s also important to support their development through patience, consistency, and engaging activities, while maintaining open communication with parents to ensure we’re working together to meet each child’s needs.

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared for children with Down syndrome, autism, ADHD, and ADD. Specifically in the dental office I learned to behavior manage in high stress situations in a way that a young patient with communication difficulties can understand.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nannying moment was during a summer outing when I took the children to a waterpark. While we were there, they spotted a group of mascots and asked if we could go say hello. We walked over together, and seeing their faces light up with joy and confidence as they interacted was incredibly rewarding. Moments like that remind me how meaningful it is to create fun, safe, and memorable experiences for children. I always strive to be present, engaged, and attentive, turning everyday activities into special opportunities for connection, learning, and happiness!

Molly G. - Seeking Work in Eau Claire

Live-In Part-Time Nanny Available in Eau Claire, WI: Molly G.

I would describe myself as a friendly, caring, dependable, and bubbly person. I can be shy at first, but once I get comfortable with people, I become more talkative and outgoing. I really enjoy working with children and animals, and I like jobs where I can be hands-on and interact with people instead of sitting at a desk all day.

I am a quick learner and I have a really good memory, which helps me learn new things. I am also flexible, responsible, and willing to help wherever I am needed. I enjoy making people feel comfortable and welcome, and I like being someone that others can count on.

In the future, I want a career where I can help people and do something I enjoy. I have been interested in working with children, special education, childcare, animals, and healthcare. I want a job that keeps me busy, gives me variety, and allows me to use my strengths.
