I watch my niece and nephew a lot. So I cook for them, change them, and play with them. We have quiet time, that's where the kids just relax they can nap if they want to but they just need to chill out for a bit.

Playing with kids, if that's outside or inside or with toys or video games. Just really giving them the attention they need.

Making sure the kids are safe, they are fed, and most importantly making sure their feelings are heard and knowing they are valid.
