A little bit about me

Hi!! My name is Bre and I'm 25 years old. I have experience with kids of multiple ages and I've also have experience with ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I have very limited experience with children on the autism spectrum. I was previously CPR and First aid certified, though I will need to get it renewed shortly. I speak English and basic Korean. I love children and enjoy being part of their growth journey. Being able to help shape a child’s future fills me with joy, and I hope to have a lasting positive impact on all of the little ones I work with. I have always wanted to experience being a nanny & I hope I am able to find a family to bond with even for a short time. I hope to meet you soon!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I started working at summer camps when I was 15, continuing until I was 19. During this time I worked at an elementary school as an aftercare teacher for almost 2 years, while also babysitting occasionally. I have worked in two daycares since I was 19 while before waiting to a private preschool in Feb 2022. Here, I am an early preschool teacher and have been permanently working with ages 2.5-3.5 years old for the last two years.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Crafts, listening to music and dancing, going outside to play, making fun meals , or whatever the child enjoys doing

The most important part about being a nanny...

having a good relationship with the kids and their parents! Feeling comfortable and wanted helps the nanny or babysitter preform their best without worry!

My experience with special needs children...

I have had multiple experiences with ADHD, depression, and anxiety disorders. I have very limited experience with children on the autism spectrum, with down syndrome, or any other unlisted neurodivergence’s.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I used to babysit for my mother’s coworker who happened to live in the same apartment building as us. The nights I got to make dinner and dessert for them before having a nance party and watching a more before bed are the nights I used to live for! It felt like they were the younger siblings I never had, and I miss that feeling!
