My experience with special needs started with my little sister she was hurt and that's what made her different. I never treated her different I learned how she reacted to different situations and figured out how to understand her and conect with her!

My favorite nanny moment is when I was trying to put on a movie for my 6 months old friends child and he looked at me and smiled. He had never smiled at me before! I took a picture and sent it to his mom. She was so happy me and him got along. Then the next day he was in his bouncer and he tried to dance while I was playing music and cleaning the kitchen
