Being a nanny is a huge responsibility but I believe it’s the trust and connection you have with the kids.
When they first meet you they don’t really know you, but as time goes on they trust you and you build a connection with them as they were your own family which is a nice feeling to experience.

My family member has a kid with autism but he’s honestly a very great kid. In my eyes he’s like every other kid. He couldn’t speak at all in the beginning but with everyone’s help/ teaching. He now speaks and can have a conversation with anyone.

Is when they run to you because they already know who you are. It warms my heart when they recognize you and are happy to see you again.
