What matters to me the most about being a nanny is creating that bond with the child/ children where it’s like they’re a little brother or little sister to you , walking through the door and seeing them be excited to see you had to be my favorite reasons of babysitting because even on my hard days when I walk in and they automatically put a smile on my face and help uplift me and they have now idea that they’re the reason I feel better.

I don’t have much experience with special needs children, but I do have a cousin with down syndrome and he’s helped me get a better understanding as to how to help kids that are different
