Hello, my name is Brenda I am 26 years old, I’m fluent in English and Spanish. I’m Hispanic. I have experience with taking care of children since I would take care of my siblings growing up. I also have a toddler so I know how to multitask as I am a mother myself. I’m not much of a cook but I can do simple dishes.
I have 2+ years experience being a DSP and working with children with special needs. I love children and I’m open to working from Monday-Wednesday from 6:30am-11:30am or 4:30pm-7pm and Thursdays-Fridays I can do any time from 7am-5pm and Saturdays I can do any time from 7am-4pm.
I have adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have 2+ years experience in working for children with disabilities/special needs. I’ve worked with children who have Down syndrome and Autism. They would usually have a set schedule and I would help them do their chores and tasks for the day.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy playing with them with their toys. I can play what ever the chick would like.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part about being a nanny is being able to be there for the children who miss having their parents home and being able to distract them enough to pass the time until their loved ones are finally home.

My experience with special needs children...

I have 2+ years working as a DSP so I have pretty good experience with Down syndrome children as well as Autism. Every child is different and each child has a different needs so I adapt to what ever they need more help with.
