I was responsible for the nursery at my old church and also did many positions during VBS(Vacation Bible School) due to lack of participants to make sure we would be able to still have one for the kids to show my dedication:) .

The most important part to me about being a nanny is making sure you can engage and interact and just all around be a great time for kids to be around. Personally, i love kids. We have a very large family with lots of children and thats how it's been with my family my whole life. They just bring so much koy and happiness to my life.
My experience with special needs children...
When I was out of school for summer vacation, I cared for a 10 year old boy who had autism and we had so much fun together and I seemed to do really good at calming him down.
