A little bit about me

Hello,
I’ve worked in different schools for a little over 2 years now, I’ve worked with infants up to High School kids. I’ve enjoyed being with my littles as well as my big kids because of the different experiences I’ve gained and the conversations I’ve had with them. I enjoy working with kids because it’s given me a different perspective on life and I’ve honestly learned a lot along the way from colleagues, teachers, and even my students. I would be a good fit because I don’t mind asking for help when I need it, I know I have some experience but I’m always willing to learn more and grow so I can be a better teacher/mentor for my students.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I started out working in SPED classes for two different companies after that I worked at a preschool as a floater/assistant teacher, however, I couldn’t pay for my classes to get my ECE units so I couldn’t continue working at the preschool. I currently work at a daycare as a substitute teacher.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Arts and crafts, outdoor activities, reading, dancing, etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is being attentive, a lot of kids can’t verbally tell you what they need but they tend to still give you signs on what they need. I also believe having a positive is very important because your energy does have an effect on kids.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Working at the preschool, we had a nonverbal student but with the work of the teachers and parents we were able to start getting him to say words like juice, please, snack, and hungry. It was really great moment for everyone.

Part-Time Nanny Available in San Bernardino, CA: Diana R.

Hi! My name is Diana.
I have experience taking care of children thanks to my younger sister and many cousins — so I know how to handle all kinds of energy! I’m patient, creative, and love helping kids learn and have fun in a safe and caring environment.

And just like Mary Poppins, I carry an infinite bag full of surprises — games, stories, snacks (and maybe even a magic trick or two!).

Looking forward to meeting your little ones and making their day extra special! 🌟👜

I only work on Saturdays and Sundays because I’m still in school and need to focus on my studies as well. 😄
