"Brinley was so hardworking, anytime she finished anything early she was always looking for what else she could do to help. Filling in where needed without being asked. She worked independently and never needed extra direction, but was always so kind and helpful when she did need to work with others. Working with kids comes so easily to her and you can tell when you see her with them just how intuitive she is, always meeting their needs while ensuring their safety. She was an amazing employee and anywhere would be lucky to have her."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for children in professional settings, including after-school programs, summer camps, and preschools. I’ve worked closely with children of varying ages and needs, including my role as a Teacher of the Deaf-Blind and my current position as a paraeducator in a special education classroom. These roles have given me strong skills in providing individualized care, creating safe and supportive environments, and building positive, trusting relationships with children and families.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love playing outside and being creative with play!! Allowing the child and their imagination lead the way!! I also love fun arts and crafts and sensory activities!! The summer camps I worked at, I took groups of 20 elementary aged children to places like the zoo, aquarium, planetarium, indoor playgrounds, and fun plexes!! I had so much fun!!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving space where kids feel comfortable being themselves. I believe children learn best through play, curiosity, and everyday moments, and I love encouraging learning in a fun and natural way. Building a healthy, trusting, and playful relationship is so important to me!! when kids feel safe, supported, and happy, they truly thrive
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with children with all different kinds of extra needs! I started my care as a teacher of the deaf blind where I taught children who were not only deaf and blind but had multiple other disabilities as well! I currently work in an EE classroom and I love what I do with my whole heart!!

Babysitter Available in Layton, UT: Charlotte S.
Hi my name is Charlotte! Growing up I was homeschooled and am the middle child of seven! I assisted my mom with my younger siblings and have experience with a large range of ages. I am known for my outgoing personality and am very active. I love hiking, rock climbing, and just being outside! I can cook, clean, and run errands. I have a lot of experience babysitting for family friends, including a year of taking care of a sweet little girl who was under the age of one. I also regularly looked after four children under the age of eleven. Communication is very important to me. Looking forward to seeing if we are a good fit!

Hi! I'm Rachel Jordan. I am a recently returned missionary, and I would love to help take care of your kids! I love kids, and I love helping them grow. In high school, I worked with the company MyGym as an assistant coach. My job was to monitor free play, help to teach ninja warrior classes for young elementary age kids, help teach mobility classes for infants and toddlers, and help teach preschool. They also had occasional day camps when school was out that I helped with, as well as a parents' night out once a month, where parents would drop off their kids at MyGym, and 2 staff members would watch their kids. I also had the opportunity to be a camp counselor in Idaho before my mission, and I loved it. I was over the 14-16 age group and connecting with them and helping them come to know their worth was my favorite! I would love to work for you and to watch your kids!

Ever since I was young, I have always loved children. I am the oldest of 9 kids and I have been the neighborhood babysitter for a very long time. I took many child care classes in high school and learned so much! During my senior year of high school I interned at Spectrum Academy in Salt Lake and I had the most amazing experience. I am going to school to become an Elementary school teacher:)
