I have been a babysitter since I was 13, a helper in the daycare classroom my mom worked in, a babysitter and nanny throughout college, volunteered in early childhood classroom/daycare settings throughout college, and a kindergarten teacher for 7 years. I’ve also been a live in nanny in Italy for two summers, and was able to form connections with the children despite a language barrier.
