I am 23 and a new mom who has worked with kids for a long time on and off! I have a little boy who means the world to me and I would love to have a job that he can be with me during the day! I am energetic and fun-loving. I pride myself on being hard working and I love working with kids! I have worked at a daycare for about 5 months and I worked at an elementary school before that in a special needs class. I have a Bachelors degree in Wildlife Biology, and would love to eventually have a job in that field!

I have worked with children since I was 12-13 years old. I have been a long term babysitter for a couple of different families growing up and worked in our churches nursery/pre-school for years!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love playing inside with toys, especially the ones that enable learning. I also love to go on walks or go to the park and get some time outside. I love to read and play games!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being a nanny is being an extension of family. You become someone they love and trust and someone who they depend on. You get to watch them grow and you get to aid in their learning and development! As a nanny you get to love little ones that don’t biologically belong to you!

My experience with special needs children...

I worked for a little while in a special needs classroom as an aid.

The most important part about being a nanny...

It was at the daycare I work at, this little girl who I absolutely adore took her first steps the other day and I was amazing to be a part of that. I love when kids run/ crawl up to you and just want to be held! This little girl is my shadow at work and her laugh just melts my heart! The way kids dance when you sing their name is one of my favorite things!
