Hello!
I am a junior year (about to be senior) nursing student at Delaware State University. I have been sitting children (ages 0-14) and animals for 6+ years now. I am CPR certified and have hospital experience from going through my clinical experience in college. I am reliable, responsible, and flexible. I love working with children and this would be a great way for me to earn money towards my college degree while I am home from now until the end of summer (middle/end of August). Along with watching your children, I am willing and happy to perform other tasks around the house, just let me know! My aim is to show your children a fun time while providing a safe environment. I am detail oriented and am experienced in tutoring as well! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! Since I am a nursing student, I have worked with children before during clinicals. For example, I had the amazing experience of working in a pediatric mental health facility. Along with this, I have babysat for numerous families since middle school.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy many activities. I like to be outdoors and bring the children to parks, hiking, etc. I also like to plan activities so that the children are not bored and constantly on electronics. These activities can include outdoor activities along with games within the house. (Hide and go seek, scavenger hunt, etc.)

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is providing a safe, fun, and caring environment. As a nanny, I want to provide more than childcare. I want to have an impact on today's youth and help make them strong, outspoken, and empathetic so that they may succeed in everything they do.
